Return Policy
The goods you order from us are sent to
you on approval and if you are not satisfied
with them you can return them to us at your own cost provided you do so within
14
working days of receipt. If you have already paid we will refund you or, if you
wish,
replace the items. Some items are excluded from this - see below.
Return of goods made by you outside this period will not be accepted by us.
We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using but
we also
know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to
exchange or
return something you've bought. Please make sure that you check your items
carefully
before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your receipt
or
order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery
packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any
after-sales
queries.
We want to ensure you are always happy when shopping with us. To ensure this,
we offer an "absolute satisfaction" guarantee where you can return any unopened
item
within 14 days of the date of your receipt of your order. We will refund your
credit/debit card in full once we have received and processed the item
(please allow up to 28 days from date of postage).
GENERAL RETURNS
Please complete the returns form
provided in your parcel and send it back to us in with
the parcel.
If you do not have your invoice, please complete your details clearly
on a piece of paper and include this in the parcel. Send your returns to:

You must obtain and keep a certificate of posting (from the post office) or a
receipt
(from the courier). Please allow 28 days for your account to be credited with
any
returns (we reserve the right not to refund any item returned not in new
condition or
after the 14-day period).
In order to make a return, please contact us and inform our sales team of
your item you are returning and the reason for return.
Please note that Time 2 Dance Store can only refund postage costs when the
return has
got lost in the post. We regret that Time 2 Dance Store cannot be held
responsible for
non-delivery of returned goods.
Time 2 Dance Store will replace any faulty discs with the same title, or if the
title
is no longer available, will make refund back to the original credit card used
in
making the purchase. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 28
days from
receipt of goods. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage from
your local
post office.
Please note that we are unable to provide technical support on any of the games
we
supply. Please make sure that the game will work on your machine before ordering
as we
cannot be responsible for incompatibilities with your system. If a game is
returned and
found not to be faulty it may be swapped for a game of equal value. It will not
be
refunded.
DVD, CD's & Games Return
DVDs, CD's & games cannot be returned if the seal has been broken. If it's a
used DVD,
CD or a game can only be return if it's faulty or damaged. Some used items may
have
a broken case & if it has then we would say so but if their ain't nothing wrong
with
the case when sent out & is when you get it you can get in touch with our sales
team.
If buying clothes please note that we don't accept the return's.
All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you if they are
working.
No replacements or refunds will be issued until such testing has been carried
out.
If you have purchased a CD or DVD please see below including games.
Unwanted Items
Please note that we no longer offer an
exchange service on unwanted items. If you wish
to exchange your order, please return the item for a refund, and place an order
yourself via time2dancestore.co.uk for the alternate item.
For the return of high value goods, we recommend that you use a recorded
delivery
service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items.
All goods that are returned to time2dancestore.co.uk are the responsibility of
the
customer and you may wish to send goods by registered post. We are not liable
for goods
that do not reach us.
Failure to follow the correct returns procedure may result in your items being
subject
to a handling charge or refund being refused.
Any damages that may have occurred due to poor return packaging may result in
product
not being refunded in full.
Refunds will not be issued on consumable items or products at risk of copy such
as;
software, CDs, videos & DVDs unless it can be proved the item was faulty or
seals are
still intact. If you are unsure if your product falls into this category please
contact
a member of the sales team.
NON-RETURNABLE GOODS
Personalised items are excluded from
our 14-working-day approval period, as is
pre-recorded material. Mobile phones are also non-returnable if the seal has
been open
or activated. Pierced earrings & body bars are also excluded.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
Damaged items must be reported to us
within 5 working days of receipt, Faulty items must
be returned within 20 days of receipt In either case, please contact us with
full
details. Then send it back to us & we will give you a full refund. Please note
that we
don't pay for any item to be returned.
Please ensure you complete a return form and obtain and keep a receipt from the
courier
so we can credit your account if your parcel goes astray. If you have already
paid for
the item you are returning we will refund you, or if you wish, replace the item.
At our
discretion we may accept a return outside of this period but reserve the right
to cover
the cost of processing by levying a £10.00 charge.
All packaging must be intact. Please refrain from using gaffa tape, brown tape
or
staples that may affect the original packaging or product. Please use standard
clear
tape so as not to damage the outer packaging.
Manufacturers boxes that contain the product must be packed into another outer
box with
sufficient packaging i.e. Bubble wrap, polystyrene etc. to reduce the risk of
damage to
both product and packaging.
We cannot cancel your purchase when:
The seal has been broken on any software including games; or The goods were a
special
order to your specification. This also inc. all our personalised items.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
